Technique

Ball control is the foundation for all aspects of the gameand the key to be a successful player.The learning aspect depends on the number of repetitions, whereas there are various combinations available in terms of the method to be used.As a young player develops, his/her technical skills will set the foundations for good development and enable him/her to experience all of the joy that football can bring.

Cardio

The average professional player from today covers over 10km in a 90-minute match. These days it’s not just about increasing lung capacity –the demands of the game have increased so exponentially that being bigger, more powerful and explosive is more critical than ever.The Smartsoccer Cardio program is specifically designed to be the fittest player on the pitch!

Power & Speed

Strengthand speedexercises are known to increase the ability of an athlete to develop force quickly (rate of force development), an important characteristic to develop forsocceractions such as sprinting, jumping and changing direction, in which ground contact times are short.The modern soccer player needs to be strong and fast at the same time

Nutrition

Soccer is one of most physically demanding of all sports. During a ninety-minute game a player can burn as many as 1500 to 2000 calories. Vigorous training and competitive games increases the energy needs of professional and amateur soccer players. Failure to meet those increased energy needs, especially with the right quality of nutrition, significantly increases the risk of impaired training status -i.e. you don’t get the results you deserve!
