GROUP Training

If you are not comfortable training on your own, you can bring a friend or friends. The session then will become a 2on1, 3on1, 4on1 or 5on1.

Training with a friend is the most popular choice for most of our players we work with. We believe that having another player that is a similar level of ability training with you, pushing you and encouraging you will bring out the competitive edge, therefore you are more likely to work harder and get more out of the session. Training with a friend also makes the price of the session a little bit cheaper.

Football is a team game, so having that ability to work with others is a must!

TEAM Training

Smartsoccer provides team training. All age groups. All ability levels.

We have coached Youth Elite teams, semi pro/pro teams but also community teams. Our very skilled and qualified coaches will come out to you.

Our main focus for team trainings is our functional strength and conditioning program that will bring your teams fitness on to the next level.

 

In the run-up to each team training, we coordinate the details with the club and the coaching team. In this phase, we determine the actual physical condition and work out an individual concept for the goals we want to achieve.
With our years of experience, we train either isolated with individual players and / or the entire team. Our special functional athletic training prepares players for maximum intensity, has a prophylactic effect on their health, and at the same time increases their performance to a top level.

Besides our athletic training, we can work on any specific sessions to suit the team needs. For example, one of the last teams we coached wanted work on the players general technique whilst the other team wanted help with their defensive positioning.

The way it works is very simple. We can take the current training time slot the team normally does and the current coach can sit back and have a coffee. Or if the coach is away we can also step in and take the session.
